These parameters rarely need to be changed from their defaults, and are best left out of the parameter file. The parameters control the camera exposure time in Image View.

AutoexposeCamera

Value Range:true or false
Default Value:true
Location:inside a ScannerConfig block

The Autoexpose Camera parameter sets the Image View to automatically control the exposure time, ensuring a well-exposed image. Only set this to false if you want the exposure time to remain constant for a specific purpose. This setting has no effect on the measurement of points; it only changes how the image data in JSDiag is presented.

FixedCameraExpose

Value Range:0.1 to 6500.0
Default Value:200.0
Units:milliseconds
Location:inside a ScannerConfig  block

The Image View exposure time when AutoexposeCamera is false. This setting has no effect on the measurement of points; it only changes how the image data in JSDiag is presented.

MinCameraExpose

Value Range:0.1 to 6500.0 ms
Default Value:2.0 ms
Units:milliseconds
Location:inside a ScannerConfig block

The minimum exposure time for Image View. This setting has no effect on the measurement of points; it only changes how the image data in JSDiag is presented.

MaxCameraExpose

Value Range:0.1 to 6500.0
Default Value:2000.0
Units:milliseconds
Location:inside a ScannerConfig block

The maximum exposure time for Image View. This setting has no effect on the measurement of points; it only changes how the image data in JSDiag is presented.

AverageIntensity

Value Range:0 to 255
Default Value:150
Units:brightness
Location:inside a ScannerConfig block

The autoexposure control tries to keep the image's average brightness at this level. If you find the image mode is too dark or too bright, then raise or lower this value accordingly. This setting has no effect on the measurement of points; it only changes how the image data in JSDiag is presented.
