JoeScan scanners require minimal maintenance, as each unit is factory-sealed against dust, moisture and other annoyances found in industrial work zones. To maintain your units, simply clean the windows with glass cleaner and a soft cloth.

There are no user-serviceable parts in the scanners. In the event a scanner is damaged or malfunctioning, return it to JoeScan for service by following the RMA instructions at http://joescan.com/service.
